Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used to renew an existing Annual Pass Membership, or exchange for a new Annual Pass Membership, anytime during that 12 month period. Please note that seasonal opening times apply to Annual Membership (mid-March to end of October)

We also operate a "Carers Go Free" policy.
For those in receipt of DLA or PIP, we offer a free carers ticket so you don't have to pay for an extra person in order to visit us. Free entry is for the carer of a full paying adult or child requiring such care. Carers of those aged under 3, will be charged the "Child" entry fee. Proof of DLA or PIP paperwork, or an Access Card showing the +1 symbol, will be required on the day in order to be eligible for this offer. If you are pre-booking online you will need to order a free ticket for the carer and be prepared to show proof of eligibility on the day to claim your free ticket - without proof, the full charge for the ticket will be made.
