Amber Weather Warning Update

World of Country Life will close early on Thursday 25th June at 14:30 due to the extreme hot weather. We will be open as usual on Friday 26th June, but due to the weather warnings, our animal activities may not be running as usual to maintain their welfare. Some other play activities may also be limited.

Activities affected:

Animal Handling, Goat Walking, Ferret Racing & Hawkridge Bird of Prey Display - to prevent any extreme heat stress these activities may have to be cancelled.

Air Bouncer - to eliminate any temperature related injuries from the inflatables' surface or customer overheating, the use of the air bouncer may be restricted.

We will continue to monitor surface temperatures of play equipment and will update this information as things unfold.

Please remember to play safe in the sun, enjoy indoor activities at the hottest times of the day, use SPF and stay hydrated!

Our fun-filled family day out attraction has an eclectic mix of museums, animals, play areas and entertainment, both outdoors and undercover, making it an excellent day out for the whole family, whatever the age!

With a busy programme of daily activities, a museum of farming, extensive vintage vehicle collection, acres of indoor and outdoor play areas, a wide variety of animals to interact with and our fantastic Farmer Lees Food Barn, a visit to World of Country Life is a full day out for all the family to remember!

We're located at Sandy Bay on the outskirts of Exmouth, right next door to Haven's Devon Cliffs site and right on the Jurassic Coast and South West Coast Path.
