We also have a Carer's policy:
- A carer accompanying a guest in receipt of DLA, PIP, Attendance Allowance, or an Access Card (dated within the last two years), will receive a 25% discount off the standard day-entry price.
- If the DLA, PIP, or other paperwork, specifically states that Carer Allowance is being provided, the carer will be admitted free of charge.
- Registered, employed carers, visiting in a working capacity, will be admitted free of charge when accompanying a guest with additional needs. Proof of registered employment in the form of a photo ID, and proof of disability will be required.
Annual pass Carer's policy:
- A carer accompanying a guest in receipt of DLA, PIP, Attendance Allowance, or an Access Card (dated within the last two years), will receive a 25% discount off the standard price of an annual pass; this membership will be added to the annual pass of the individual requiring the care.
- If the DLA, PIP, or other paperwork specifically states that Carer Allowance is being provided, the carer will be added to the individual’s annual pass free of charge.
