May the forth (1st!) be with you…

Well, it’s close anyway

Once again, we’re celebrating the early May Bank Holiday Monday (1st May) with our Star Wars Day, complete with amazing Southern Troopers – the fantastic fundraising cosplay group. They’ll be on-site all day raising money for Children’s Hospice South West, posing for photos with you and generally joining in with the fun!

Plus, we’ll have all the usual daily activities going on like goat walking, bottle feeding, the fantastic Hawkridge Birds of Prey flying display and the ever-popular Deer Train Safari!

There are tons of outdoor play areas like Harry the Harvester the Tower of Slides and of course our new for 2023 Rabbit Warren: Run through the mass of tubes that are buried, and see where you end up! As well as three different indoor soft play areas, the indoor Pirate Ship Adventure featuring our full-sized wooden pirate ship, and let’s not forget the popular Dougie The Digger, where you can make mounds, move stuff around and generally have a shovel load of fun!

There’s also the Museum of Farming with loads of working vintage farm machinery and the Hall of Transport with an amazing collection of vintage bikes, cars, busses and steam engines – including vehicles featured on Downton Abbey & Mr Selfridge!
