Our Exhibition Hall is a fascinating snapshot of rural life, nostalgia, memorabilia, and times gone by.
The farming exhibition is packed with an extraordinary collection of farm and agricultural machinery some of which you can see operating. The museum houses a vast array of farming technology from the Victorian to Modern eras.
You can take a step back in time down memory lane on our very own Victorian street - you can pop into the dress shop, game keeper’s cottage, ironmongers, dairy and even the pub! The game keeper’s cottage gives you a real sense of how people used to live – educational fun!
Memory lane appeared on BBC’s The One Show in July 2014 as part of the Sid Valley Memory Café’s “Moments in time” reminiscence project and the Exhibition Hall has proved to make a very popular day out with group travel organisers.
More recently, the Exhibition Hall appeared on an episode of Salvage Hunters in May 2017.
